Here's a sneak peek inside Apple's new Studio Display

While we wait for repair site iFixit to complete its teardown of Apple's new Studio Display, images from Apple's technician documentation provide a first look at the display's internal design.

You can see three large boards in the Studio Display. The upper left and upper right boards are for power, and the lower right is the logic board, which contains components like the A13 Bionic chip and 64GB of flash memory. Last week, it was discovered that the Studio Display is running the same iOS 15.4 version as the iPhone.

The image shows that Studio Display is also equipped with two internal fans on the left and right sides to cool the display.

Apple says the Studio Display features a high-fidelity six-speaker sound system, with at least four speakers visible in the bottom corners of the display. The speaker design appears to be similar to the one found in the 24-inch iMac. Also visible are the flex cables used to connect the display panel and 12-megapixel ultrawide camera system to the logic board.

iFixit says a teardown of its Studio Display is in progress, so we should get a fuller look inside the display soon.
