This release features improved Alt Tab UI and better Airpods support

The most notable change this week so far is the introduction of a new Alt Tab Interface, although this is just another A/B test, which means some testers may not have gotten this new UI yet.

This new, significantly improved user interface is a windowed version of the Alt Tab experience, currently full screen.

Microsoft officials stated that the new UI is nothing more than an experiment, which means it may not be released to the public, and Insiders’ feedback will be key in determining whether it will be released.

Another improvement worth mentioning is the addition of support for Wideband Voice when using Apple AirPods products (AirPods, AirPods Pro or AirPods Max), designed to improve audio quality for voice calls.

Also in build 22526, Credential Guard will now be enabled by default on enterprise-joined Windows 11 Enterprise (E3 and E5) licensed PCs.

Don’t forget, the tech giant is experimenting with indexing more file locations to make it faster to find important files in File Explorer using the search feature.
