放到表格外面去，

然后改成
.nav
{
background:url("images/home.jpg") no-repeat;
}

background-image是不能写 no-repeat的background才可以

老大我放到表格外边了可还是没效果是不是我放错位置了？  你告诉一下我具体放到哪儿吧谢谢了
