How to insert pictures in CSS/html written in webstorm? _html/css_WEB-ITnose

I just came into contact with webstorm. When writing html , the software will prompt you, but you can only select the folder and cannot insert specific image files;
The same goes for writing css, background: url Brackets and double quotes will be automatically completed, but there is no image file selection, and trying to enter the file path is incorrect;
There is no relevant instruction to insert images on the menu bar...
