图片翻转+旋转_html/css_WEB-ITnose

图片翻转，图片旋转，图片处理

网页显示时,我需要先对图片做：水平进行翻转,然后再旋转90度的处理；
然后展示出来；可是好像filter，只能设置一个操作，比如
filter:progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.BasicImage(rotation=3);
或者
filter:FlipH
怎样设置，使两个效果的产生呢？
