1. Fault phenomenon

The operating system used by the author to build the environment is windows XP, IIS is the IIS 5 that comes with the system, and the PHP version is 5.2. According to the steps on the Internet, I installed the PHP program and configured the corresponding mapping parameters in IIS to establish a PHP environment, and generated a file named index.php for testing. In actual use, it was found that when accessing http://127.0.0.1/index.php and http://localhost/index.php through the browser on the server, error prompts appeared. The specific page showed "No permission to view the web page, based on The credentials provided, you do not have permission to view this directory or web page, HTTP error 401.3 - Access is denied by the resource ACL." (As shown in Figure 1)

In order to further troubleshoot the problem, the author clicked "Browse" on the default website in IIS. After checking, the feedback message received is the same as above, which is also "HTTP error 401.3 - Access denied by resource ACL". (As shown in Figure 2)

However, other page files on the same site can be browsed and viewed normally as long as they are not created in PHP language. , including HTML static pages and ASP dynamic web pages.

2. Modify the verification method to solve the problem

Since the information fed back by IIS is "HTTP error 401.3 - Access denied by resource ACL", the author also targeted the access authority to perform troubleshooting work.

Step 1: Right-click on the default website in IIS and select "Properties" to view the relevant property information of the site. (As shown in Figure 3)

Step 2: We find the "Directory Security" label in the default website properties that are opened , then click the "Edit" button next to "Anonymous access and authentication controls." (As shown in Figure 4)
