数据库服务器mysqlphp数据

自己做了个PHP网站，是用来录入学生信息的，并用mysql建立了数据库。能够成功连
接到本地服务器，并将数据从PHP录入到mysql。
我想把本地的mysql数据表传到服务器，然后php连接到服务器，就能直接从php上传
资料到服务器了吧。求大神指点：
1、如何上传数据表到服务器，我看有什么ECS,SAE之类的，请问我所说的这种功能用哪种服务器？
2、求PHP连接服务器的代码，我只知道怎么连接到本地服务器。
