When it detects that the URL is a dynamic ref via isRef(), it will use watchEffect() to start a reactive effect. Naming

The convention for combined functions is to use camel case naming and start with "use".

Input parameters

Although its responsiveness does not depend on ref, composed functions can still receive ref parameters.
