How to make a good programmer

Everything is like it just happened. Good tools can give you the icing on the cake. Therefore, tools are important. But I also believe that Tiger Woods will still become a great golfer if he is in a rubbish club, Messi will kick the ball with us without shoes, and Rafael Nadal will still be swinging a wooden racket made in the 1960s. Can you defeat me easily? Well, I'm sure they could easily "slap" me to death. Skills, knowledge and experience are also indispensable and important parts for us to grow into a good programmer.

In this way, tools cannot create excellent programmers, so what can?

I think that the growth of an excellent programmer requires the accumulation of many aspects, including the work we are doing and the people we work with. And I think there are some characteristics in those successful software developers that are worth learning from all of us. But I'm not sure whether these qualities require you to specially learn them, or whether you are born with them. However, I deeply feel that if I could learn more about these qualities, instead of blaming my tools for not being good enough, Well, if I change editors, the position I can reach must be higher than what I am now.
