求 开源软件框架推荐
需要把CS的ERP程序的相关功能转到BS上来,准备使用PHP,不知道是否有现成的软件框架,包含权限控制,模块管理,菜单配置这些基本功能的软件框架.

请大家帮忙推荐.

框架是没有这样的功能的，不过你可以在框架的基础上开发这些功能。
如果需要那些写好的功能，建议用cms。
