Armbian community releases new operating system Armbian 23.05, supporting ARM and RISC-V single board computers

News on June 1st, the Armbian community today released the new operating system Armbian 23.05 (codenamed Suni), the system is available for ARM and RISC-V single-board computers and other platforms.

Compared to Armbian 23.02, which was released three months ago, the Armbian 23.05 version is created for the first time on a completely refactored build framework. It is based on the upcoming Debian 12 "Bookworm" operating system series and introduces a number of new features and updates from the Debian GNU/Linux community, including long-term support for Linux 6.1 LTS core series.
