Before the official release of Intel’s Alder Lake-S, there are Reports say Intel's new ATX12VO specification will receive greater push from motherboard and power supply suppliers. While it hasn't quite materialized so far, there's finally a new ATX12VO spec motherboard that's cheaper than most existing _90 chipset premium motherboards and caters primarily to overclockers and enthusiasts.
The new motherboard is the MSI PRO H610M 12VO, and it was announced by the vendor during its weekly MSI Insider livestream on YouTube. MSI reiterates that ATX12VO motherboard and PSU adoption is likely to remain low in the DIY PC market, and as such, it only expects the new PRO H610M 12VO motherboards to be primarily limited to OEM/ODM and system integrator builds. There are currently few details on the feature set available in the new PRO H610M 12VO.
In addition to the 12VO option, MSI has three other PRO H610M motherboards. There are also many more expensive and feature-rich B660 and H670 boards. The price for the other three H610 models (excluding tax) is given in the chart below.
The cheapest option starts at $99 and goes up to $115. Your mileage may vary depending on the feature set the new PRO H610M 12VO offers, but expect it to be more expensive since many of the voltage rails will be moved to the motherboard itself.
The above is the detailed content of Intel ATX12VO finally enters the budget segment with MSI's PRO H610M 12VO motherboard. For more information, please follow other related articles on the PHP Chinese website!
