Solution 1: Via markup settings in the Review tab

Step 1: Open the Word document you want to print without comments.

Then click on the REVIEW tab on the top panel.

Next, click on the drop-down menu Simple Markup and select the No Markup option.

Step 2: You can now see that the comment is hidden. Press the CTRL P key to open the Print settings page.

Step 3: In the print preview, you can also see that the comments are hidden.

You can continue to print the page without comments by clicking the "Print" button.

Step 4: If you want to view the review again, click on the REVIEW tab and select in the drop-down menu Simple Markup instead of No Markup. Your comments will now be returned to your document shortly.

Solution 2: Print by unchecking the print mark on the page setup

Step 1: Open the Word document and simultaneously Press the CTRL P key to view the Print settings window.

In the preview, you will be able to see that the comment exists.

Now, under the Settings section, click on the drop-down menu named Print All Pages.

Step 2: You now need to click on the option Print Markup to uncheck it.
