Objects of the activity

This activity is open to students from all ordinary colleges and universities in Haidian District to collect outstanding works on anti-fraud themes. The competition is divided into two categories: poster design and short video creation. Participants can participate individually or in a team. They can participate in both poster design and short video creation categories at the same time, but each person in the same group is only allowed Sign up for a work entry. The theme poster design team shall have no more than 2 creative members per group; the short video creation team shall have no more than 7 creative members per group. The first stage: activity launch and collection stage (early April - April 30)

In order to ensure that the work is close to reality, during the creation of the work, the Haidian Branch of the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau worked with various universities to provide legal guidance throughout the process. When submitting works, students need to fill in the work registration form, and submit the work and registration form to the designated email address of each school (see the school notice for specific email addresses)

Second stage: preliminary screening of works and online promotion stage (early May to early June)

The organizer will work with relevant departments of each school to screen the entries and select high-quality works Shortlisted for the next stage. The work will be released by the "Haidian Public Security" Douyin account under the topic of "Haidian Police Anti-Fraud Alliance" on the Douyin platform. The third stage: Expert review and work publicity and exhibition stage (mid-June to July 15)

Relevant experts in the professional field Experts and media formed an offline review group to conduct offline review activities on the shortlisted works (top 70 in each group). The winning ranking will be determined based on 30% public review points and 70% expert review scores, and will be announced online. For short video award-winning works, the award-winning works will be displayed three-dimensionally through an online and offline publicity matrix to further increase the popularity of anti-fraud publicity. For the award-winning poster design works, in addition to participating in the exhibition, signed anti-fraud posters will be promoted throughout the region.

Work content requirements

(1) Standards for poster works

1. The design of the poster should be promotional and artistic and innovative; the text in the poster content should be concise and easy to promote.

2. The poster file format can be JPG, JPEG or PNG, the color mode is RGB, the resolution is 300DPI, the work size is 60*90cm, and the file size does not exceed 30MB.

(2) Short video work standards

1. The participating videos should highlight the theme and be free in style. Genres of your choice, including but not limited to talk shows, sketches, Vlogs, documentaries, feature films, etc.

2. The video must be horizontal screen, the image quality is 1080P, the video format is MP4, and the production software is not limited.

3. Provide subtitles according to the video content. Use Mandarin and set Chinese simplified subtitles. The position of the subtitles must not extend beyond the screen.

4. Videos must not contain logos, watermarks, etc.

5. It is recommended that the length of the video should be within 2 minutes, in principle the longest should not exceed 5 minutes, and the video file size should not exceed 1GB.
