Follow the following steps to change the public IP address:

Log in to the ECS management console.

In the left navigation bar, click Instances.

Select a region.

Find the instance of changing the public IP address. In the Operation column, select More > Change public IP.

If it has been more than 6 hours since your instance was created, the Change Public IP option will not be displayed on the console.

In the Change Public Network IP dialog box, click to start the change.

After the replacement is successful, the dialog box will display the new public IP address, as shown in the figure below.
