1, download MySQL

wget

2, install to local yum source

yum localinstall mysql57-community-release-el6-11.noarch.rpm

3, install MySQL

 yum install mysql

4, initialize MySQL, there is one thing to note here, MySQL5.7 has added ssl configuration, the default initialization will be

 mysqld --initialize -- user=mysql

5, find the password

Cat /var/log/mysqld.log | grep "password"

6, log in to MySQL and change the password

Mysql -uroot -p password

SET PASSWORD = PASSWORD('your password');

7, the installation is complete, just log in again. Some other operations such as modifying character encoding and adding user authorization

 mysql -uroot -p password
