ThinkPHP learning notes - environment construction, thinkphp notes building

I opened the thinkPHP document with excitement and started learning the PHP framework for the first time.

Download

The latest version of ThinkPHP can be found on the official website (http://thinkphp.cn/down/framework.html)

Or download from Github (https://github.com/liu21st/thinkphp/downloads).
Extract the downloaded compressed file to your WEB directory (or any directory will do)

It is recommended to download the full version, which can save you a lot of inexplicable troubles during configuration.

Entry file

Attached below is the content of the official website

Before you start, you need a web server and PHP running environment. If you don’t have one yet, we recommend using the integrated development environment WAMPServer (it is a development kit that integrates Apache, PHP and MySQL and supports multiple Switch between PHP version, MySQL version and Apache version) to use ThinkPHP for local development and testing.
Next, we first create an app subdirectory under the WEB root directory (this app is our project name), then create an index.php file under the directory and add a simple line of code:

require '/Directory where the ThinkPHP framework is located/ThinkPHP.php';

In fact, you don’t need to create this index.php yourself, it is already included in the download package.

Single project

We can access the project directly through http://localhost/.

Multiple projects

If you want to create multiple projects, you can also create multiple subdirectories under the Web root directory to deploy multiple projects. Each project directory contains an entry file.

Create project1 folder

Create and open the entry file (index.php)

Add the following code

define('APP_DEBUG',true); //Enable debugging mode

require('../ThinkPHP/ThinkPHP.php');

?>

Open http://localhost/project1/ in the browser, you can see thinkphp Welcome page.

ThinkPHP running process

What happens when the browser accesses the entry file? What is the execution process of think?

(1) Step 1: Introduce thinkphp.php under the framework

thinkphp.php file defines the constants app_name and think_path (uppercase), and introduces runtime.php

(2) The second step is to load the Common/runtime.php file under the framework

  • Defines some constants again, see the source code for details;
  • Create the project directory structure, created by the build_app_dir() method;
  • If app_dubug is set to false, the core loading file will be compiled. Otherwise, delete the compiled file, that is, the ~runtime.php file under the project;
  • Call the lib/core/Think.class.php file under the framework ThinkPHP——>Execute the entrance Think::Start().

(3) The third step is to execute the start() method of lib/core/Think.class.php under the ThinkPHP framework

  • Follow the second step and start executing the entry file Think::Start(). Including declaring error handling handles, exception handling handles, and declaring the automatic loading mechanism of the class;
  • Think::buildApp(); //Initialize the app to run, that is, pre-compile the project and load various configuration files of the project. There are about 10 files.
  • After loading the configuration file, execute app::run

(4) The fourth step is to execute the run method under lib/core/App.class.php under the framework

  • Execute the init() static method under the app: analyze the url and find out which controller to call.
  • Execute the exec static method under the app: According to the calculated model and method, instantiate the module and execute the corresponding method of the action. This example finds IndexAction.class.php in the lib/action directory of the project and executes the index() method.

After all the above steps, we finally see the thinkphp welcome page displayed on the browser.
