html head标签里面的内容显示在body里面_html/css_WEB-ITnose

今天boss说一个网站的的首页在ie下显示异常，查看代码发现head里面的元素全部跑到body里面去了，而且body的第一行是一对双引号开头。问度娘说是编码问题，很多人都说是由于文件的编码方式为utf-8 +BOM格式造成的，于是将文件用notepad++新建一个文件再以utf8 无BOM格式编码保存，将保存的文件覆盖以前的文件，ok，问题解决。
