phpcms phpsso 通信成功 注册失败

$status = $this->client->ps_member_login($username, $password);
此处返回值为0。
phpcms的phpsso很坑啊。。。求各位大神帮助。

当我把if($status >0)注释掉，会有数据写入到member表，sso_members表中还是没有数据。网上说的一些改php.ini的，能改的都改了。hosts文件也去掉了127.0.0.1 localhost前面的#。
这是v9和phpsso的配置文件。
