调整PHPStorm中文件修改后标签和文件名的颜色与背景色

使用MONOKAI主题颜色之后，当文件在PHPSTORM中进行编辑，文档内容变化时，左侧项目文件列表中的文件名颜色以及右侧编辑区域标签卡的文件名颜色默认会变成深蓝色，这样和深色的背景色放在一起对比度很低，不容易识别。搜索了很多没发现有修改这两个地方颜色的方法，自己猜测着查询了file内容，发现如下两个地方可以修改颜色。
