数据库修改更新的问题
先select查询数据库，然后在一个循环当中fetch_assoc()一行记录，然后根据该行记录中的某字段修改表，可修改不仅是这条记录而是该表中符合该字段的所有记录，请问修改过后我该如何更新数据库以免再次循环时重复修改以提高效率？
