请问一个php设置cookie有效期的问题
我在php中，设置了cookie如下：

setcookie("cookie_name", "abcd", time()+3600);

这意味着这个cookie有3600秒的有效期，如果我在第3000秒的时候刷新了页面，然后，这个cookie是重新又有了3600秒的有效期呢，还是只剩600秒？
