While every other vault the game has introduced requires either a medallion or a specific vault key from a boss, the method to open the Nightshift Forest requires you to talk with an NPC named Bushranger who spawns randomly at three spots near Nightshift Forest.

The Bushranger holds the key to the vault and requires an item to execute a trade. However, they don't clarify their requirements and the item remains vague. Now, head toward a nearby Sprite Shrine and find a Sprite. Both Air and Water Sprites can work; rarity does not matter.

Pick up the Sprite and return it to Bushranger, and with a successful trade, he will provide you with the vault key that you can use to open the vault in Nightshift Forest. Once inside the vault, you can find multiple rarity chests, high-tier weapons, and a typhoon blade, ensuring you a high-rarity gear up before you move outside.
