Geekom has made theMEGAMINI G1official today (September 3, 2024) as its latest, if slightly experimental, mini-PC.
The OEM has partnered withTecnoto develop an Ultra-Quiet Liquid Cooling System for the desktop's 8GB of RTX 4060 graphics, which nevertheless fits into a "sci-fi" case of less than 6 liters (l) in volume.
Despite its size, Tecno and Geekom assert that it is capable of full-scaleBlack Myth: Wukong sessions, not to mention a plethora of AI tools and "fast, stable, and effortless connections" thanks to Bluetooth 5.2 and Wi-Fi 6Especs.
The MEGAMINI G1 currently starts at $1,499 for a SKU equipped with the Core i7-13620H processor, or $1,699 for the top-end i9-13900H-based option.
The innovatively styled (and built) mini-PC has 32GB ofDDR5 RAM across the board, although thei9-13900H version upgrades to a2TB SSD as opposed to 1TB in thei7-13620H version. There are also 15 ports, USB-C and OcuLink included.
Geekom currently projects that it will be ready to ship the Kickstarter version of theMEGAMINI G1 by November 2024.
