Tesla Cybertruck does laundry loads in traffic with washing machine plugged in the cargo bed

In what could only be described as a stroke of free advertising genius, Tesla's Cybertruck has been filmed with a washing machine in the truck's bed.

A working washing machine at that, strapped securely in the cargo bed, while the Cybertruck is in motion and driving around in city traffic.

The stunt has apparently been done by a handyman business in Dallas, TX, though its owner cautioned that they do not offer the service on display in the pickup's bed.

"That’s my truck," confirmed the handyman, and added that they do "repairs, maintenance, and installations," but "don't provide laundry or moving services," despite that this is exactly the story that the video conveys.

The Cybertruck offers two 120V outlets and one 240V outlet with 40A maximum draw, situated in the truck's bed. That is not the first time that those outlets have been used to pump its street cred as a working man's pickup truck, too.

Recently, a farmer did a similar stunt by plugging a 50A welding machine and cutter to weld a rusting pipe. He is now using it to carry grain from the field in harvest season, too.

It is not clear how many laundry loads did the Cybertruck do, but its largish 123 kWh battery pack would have no issues powering such a washer for many cycles, though it will require more frequent charging if they are done in motion.
