The picture Note 1 shared by HXL shows a "9700X" processor. The OPN product ID of this CPU is 100-000001404, which corresponds to the discrete version of AMD Ryzen 7 9700X.

However, the top cover of this processor is printed with "AMD Ryzen 9 9700X", which is an error in the product grade name.

According to Tom's Hardware report, the same problem also occurs on some AMD Ryzen 5 9600X processors, and the product grade is also printed as "Ryzen 9".

It is worth noting that the two new Ryzen 9 processor products were launched later than the Ryzen 5 and Ryzen 7 products that have been confirmed to have silk screen errors.
