那段代码本身的含义是创建一个缓存对象
但你贴出的代码是残废的

每个页面都出现,显然是这段代码以独立文件被其他程序包含
但这个程序是按短标记格式书写的,而你又没有打开短标记开关
于是程序被当作 html 直接输出,程序开始的   ....$this->obj =  ex_memcache();
被浏览器解释为标记,看不见了(右键 - 查看网页源代码 就看见了)
