SOAP Envelope 元素

SOAP 是基於 XML 的簡易協議，可使應用程式在 HTTP 之上進行資訊交換。

或更簡單地說：SOAP 是用來存取網路服務的協定。

強制使用的 SOAP 的 Envelope 元素是 SOAP 訊息的根元素。

必需的 SOAP 的 Envelope 元素是 SOAP 訊息的根元素。它可把 XML 文檔定義為 SOAP 訊息。
