在cmd运行python时，系统提示计算机中丢失api-ms-win-crt-runtime-|1-1-0.dll。在网上搜了一下要安装visual c++2015 于是我下载后开始安装，结果又报错0x80070652。用不了python解释器，都不能用pip下东西了。请问怎么解决？
