2. The above situation is in the office, everything is normal, but when I return home, the situation is different. The mobile phone cannot access it, and the router at home is a Xiaomi router

打开window cmd  看到的ip地址 为 192.168.31.185 ，

用这个 ip地址在电脑本机上 访问 xampp 开启的本地服务也是可以的，

但是用手机却不行了，手机的 ip地址 为 192.168.31.51

Is this a problem with the Xiaomi router or some other reason?
