You don’t need to learn html and css to learn javascript. Please read this book "Javascript Advanced Programming Third Edition". If you want to go towards nodejs, you can skip the DOM chapter
How can you build a tall building without laying a good foundation, and the code of nodejs is more difficult to read than ordinary js. It is better to learn js honestly and then switch to node.
