Clear nginx file cache

Question

Use nginx as web server. The server has a static excel template file. After making the changes, I found that after downloading the file, the changes did not take effect.
Looking at the returned header, we found that it was downloaded from the cache.

So I suspected that the nginx cache and file were read. Could someone please give me some advice on how to delete this cache file?

I think this is just a matter of setting the http header.
