nginx problem

I requested www.xxx.com/aaaa/img1.jpg in the company image, and he returned me www.xxx.com/aaaa/img1!123x123!70.jpg like this. I want to build it on my own host using nginx. I don’t know how to do it. Could someone please give me some advice? Thank you.
