How to move the cursor quickly in vim?

Use {code...} to display underlines in vim. The default cursor movement speed is a bit slow, how can I speed it up?

The speed of cursor movement is determined by the keyboard repeat rate. For Windows, go to the Control Panel, for Mac, go to Preferences, and on Linux, use kbdrate from the command line
