1. Open the picture in Ps, first press Ctrl J to copy the layer, and then press Ctrl shift u to remove the color
2. Save the file name black and white.
3. Drag in the pattern you like and select Filter>Distort>Displace in the menu bar.
#4. In the replacement window, confirm to open, select the decolored file and then open it.
#5. Ps changes the mode of the layer to Multiply.
6. Press Ctrl T to freely transform and adjust the image.
