This new setting can be found in Settings > Security & Privacy > Site Settings > View permissions and data stored across sites.

This feature can be found in chrome:flags#enable-accessibility-page-zoom. Once enabled, you can adjust the zoom by clicking the lock icon in the address bar. Chrome will remember this setting the next time you visit this site.

Provide better HDR support for CSS

Google started testing a CSS feature in Chrome 94 to detect whether the device screen supports HDR content. This feature is now live in Chrome 97. This enables web developers to decide whether to enable HDR content based on the user's display device, whereas previously it was all or nothing, impacting the user experience.

Keyboard Map API: Chrome 97 has a new Keyboard Map API that helps identify keys under different keyboard layouts.
