How to display the left icon in vscode

1. Display the left toolbar

Click File, select Preferences, click the Settings button

Search for workbench, and check Workbench> Activity Bar: Visble

After checked, the toolbar will be displayed.

2. Move the toolbar

Select the toolbar part, right-click and select Move Side Bar Right. If the toolbar is on the right, do the same and select Move Side Bar Left
