Use file_put_contents() to create and write content into the document

file_put_contents() The function writes a string to a file. It has the same function as calling fopen(), fwrite() and fclose() in sequence.

Syntax:

file_put_contents(file,data,mode,context)

Parameters:

file Required. Specifies the file to which data is to be written. If the file does not exist, a new file is created.

data Optional. Specifies the data to be written to the file. Can be a string, array, or data stream.

mode Optional. Specifies how to open/write the file.

Possible values:

FILE_USE_INCLUDE_PATH
FILE_APPEND
LOCK_EX

context Optional. Specifies the environment for a file handle.

context is a set of options that can modify the behavior of the stream. If null is used, it is ignored.

Explanation

Parameter data can be an array (but not a multi-dimensional array).

Since PHP 5.1.0, the data parameter can also be specified as a stream resource. The cached data saved in the stream will be written to the specified file. This usage is similar to using the stream_copy_to_stream() function. .

Support for the context parameter was added in PHP 5.0.0.

Return value

This function will return the number of bytes of data written to the file.

Note: This function can be safely used on binary objects.

Example

<?php
echo file_put_contents("test.txt","Hello World. Testing!");
//输出 26

Tip:

file_put_contents will automatically create the file when the file does not exist.
