Recently, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology released the first batch of members of the Beijing General Artificial Intelligence Industry Innovation Partnership Program. In order to seize new opportunities for the development of the general artificial intelligence industry and promote the innovative application of large-scale model technology, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology organized the implementation of the "Beijing General Artificial Intelligence Industry Innovation Partnership Plan". There are five types of partners, including computing power, data, models, applications and investments, with a total of 39 partners. Among them, 360 were selected as "model partners".

Relying on years of accumulation of artificial intelligence technology and advantages in search, browser and other scenarios, 360 Group has laid out a large-scale model strategy of "two wings flying together and four channels concurrently". The team has surpassed the "Turing Award Team" in the world-class artificial intelligence challenge OGB to reach the top of the "OGB-wikikg2" list, and won the Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Technology Progress Award.

According to the relevant person in charge of 360, the "360 Intelligent Brain" scenario implementation plan includes: building an urban intelligent center on the city side to empower urban digital transformation; launching a proprietary large model to create government and enterprise-level GPT; On the micro-enterprise side, SaaS-based vertical applications are launched to create productivity tools; on the consumer side, search engines and browsers are combined to launch user personal AI assistants.

It is understood that the "model partners" selected this time will be driven by typical industry scenarios, develop industry models on the basis of general large models, implement industry applications and provide daily services, open up the last mile of model-as-a-service, and Use industry models to feed back the iteration of general large model technology.
