1. Download PHP7

Select VC15 x86 Thread Safe and extract the downloaded compressed package to the wamp/bin/php directory

2. Download the VC15 runtime library and install it

x86： vc_redist.x86.exe x64： vc_redist.x64.exe

3. Copy the php.ini, phpForApache.ini, and wampserver.conf files in the original version of the php5.5.12 folder to the php7.3.4 folder.

4. Modify the php.ini and phpForApache.ini files in the php7.3.4 folder, and replace all php5.5.12 in the two files with php7.3.4. Search for zend_extension and add; in front to comment out this line. (The author does not use XDEBUG, so I commented it out directly.
