As a successful webmaster, you must develop the habit of regularly backing up website data. Generally speaking, it is best to back up once a week. How to back up website data? The following editor will use the DreamWeaver cms 5.7 website data as an example to explain to you:

Log in to the website backend, click: System -> Database Backup/Restore (as shown in the picture)

Click: Select all (as shown in the picture) to select all database tables.

Select the backup data format (as shown in the figure). Generally, you choose the highest version of the data format. I chose the MySQL4.1.x/5.x version here.

Select the backup data format, then click OK (as shown in the picture) to start backing up website data.

At this point, has the website data backup been completed? Yes, but in order to ensure the security of website data, it is best to download the entire website data to your local computer. Log in to the website service server (my website uses a cloud server), package the website data (as shown in the picture), and download it to your local computer.

#If the entire website data is too large, you can choose to download only the database backup file. The Dreamweaver database backup file is by default located in: \data\backupdata\ folder (as shown in the figure). Just download the files in to your local computer.
