10 years ago, I was 18 years old. Because of my interest, I searched for knowledge about website building in Internet cafes every day.

However, there was too little information on the Internet at that time, and by chance, I used open source programs to create many websites, commonly known as personal webmasters.

I remember that I maintained more than 30 websites by myself at that time. The best website had more than 600,000 IPs every day.

At that time, I wrote collection rules during the day and collected content from major websites to enrich the content of my own website. In my spare time, I learned programming, from HTML to ASP, and then from ASP to PHP. I studied it intermittently for 5 years.

It was at that time that I planted the seeds in my heart to help others learn programming faster and easier, hoping that they would not take too many detours like me.

I remember that in 2009, the country began to strictly inspect online copyrights and promulgated various laws for the Internet industry. All my websites were forced to close, and I had no choice but to choose other industries again.

5 years ago When I was 23 years old, I just founded Xiaozhu CMS.

That is, in 2013, I started my sixth business in a residential building with a network cable, a laptop, a table and one person.

At that time, we worked all night five days a week. WeChat marketing was very popular at that time, and customer demand increased by more than N every day. Since I did not have a team, I could only sell source code during the day and develop functions all night at night. .

I persisted like this for two months. In these two months, I gained 17 pounds and was sick for several months. Fortunately, I met a friend who was in a technical group at the time (now a shareholder of Xiaozhu CMS) ), helped me get through the months of illness.

He took over all customer maintenance and functional development of Xiaozhu CMS, and that was how Xiaozhu CMS came into being. In 2015, the monthly sales of Xiaozhu CMS exceeded 10 million.

Before the age of 18

I had done many jobs before I was 18 years old.

Factory assembly, advertising design and production, decoration, welding, computer repair shop, etc. I can’t say 100% how good each profession is, but at least I have an 80% understanding of the industry. above.

Just like when I opened a computer store, I had an income of about 30,000 yuan a month. The biggest feeling I had at that time was that the computer hardware on JD.com was already more expensive than the cost of my purchase. Low.

I think this industry will definitely not have much profit in the future. After realizing this problem, I decisively closed the store.

My thoughts

I have said so much, not for anything else, but I hope to give you some guidance and guide you to understand the importance of career choice and persistence in learning. Everything has a process, and if you do something well, you will always gain something.

Instead of wasting time, your memories in 5 or 10 years will be more exciting and more flavorful, instead of not being able to find anything that you are proud of when you look back.

What should I do if I always feel that learning programming is too difficult?

Programming learning itself is not that complicated. If you can figure it out at a glance, it at least proves that you can learn it 100%, but learning it and being able to do it are two different things.

Regarding making mistakes, there is no doubt that if someone guides you, you will learn very quickly. If there is no one to guide you, it will not hinder your learning.

We often see employers’ recruitment requirements stating that they require 1 or 3 years of work experience.

In fact, when measuring a programmer's work experience, the most important point is his response speed to error troubleshooting, and the other point is how many lines of code he has written.

If you expect to become an experienced driver by watching the video once, it is impossible.
