Super Computing Cluster Details

Super Computing Cluster (Super Computing Cluster, referred to as SCC) is an elastic bare metal On the basis of the server, high-speed RDMA interconnection support is added to greatly improve network performance and increase the acceleration ratio of large-scale clusters. Therefore, while supercomputing clusters provide high-bandwidth, low-latency high-quality networks, they also have all the advantages of elastic bare metal servers. For details, please refer to Elastic Bare Metal Servers (Dragon) and Super Computing Clusters (SCC).

Please refer to Supercomputing Cluster Instance Specification Family for detailed instance specification information.

Create an instance

You can refer to the description of Creating an ECS instance to create a supercomputing cluster instance. However, when creating an instance, you need to pay attention to the following settings:

Region: Currently, only Availability Zone D and Availability Zone B of East China 2 can be selected.

Network: Only supports private networks (VPC networks).

Instance: Supports scch5 (high-frequency supercomputing cluster instance specification family) and sccg5 (general-purpose supercomputing cluster instance specification family).

Image: Select System Image. Currently supports customized version of Linux CentOS 7.5.
