About the website generation chapter directory code example

Jun 13, 2018 pm 01:56 PM

This article mainly introduces multiple js codes that allow the Blog Park blog to automatically generate chapter directory indexes. Friends who need it can refer to it

The first type: only supports first-level directories

, as a paragraph, classification is not supported

In addition to the quality of the blog post, a good blog post also has a good organizational structure that makes readers more comfortable and comfortable to read. Conveniently, I see that some garden friends’ blog posts in the garden are divided into chapters, and there is a table of contents index of the chapter in front of the blog post. After clicking on the index, it will jump to the corresponding chapter for reading, and you can also return to the top of the table of contents. , among which Fish Li's blog post is this kind of organization. Of course, if this structure is set manually when writing a blog post, it would be very troublesome, and it will undoubtedly increase the workload of the writer. Wouldn't it save a lot of work if the chapter index could be automatically generated? I originally wanted to use FireBug to see how the Fish Li source code is implemented, but it seems that the js is encrypted. Then I did it myself. In fact, there wasn’t much code, it was very simple.

html code

js code

<script language="javascript" type="text/javascript">
//生成目录索引列表
function GenerateContentList()
{
 var jquery_h3_list = $(&#39;#cnblogs_post_body h3&#39;);//如果你的章节标题不是h3,只需要将这里的h3换掉即可
 if(jquery_h3_list.length>0)
 {
 var content = &#39;<a name="_labelTop"></a>&#39;;
 content += &#39;<p id="navCategory">&#39;;
 content += &#39;<p style="font-size:18px"><b>阅读目录</b></p>&#39;;
 content += &#39;<ul>&#39;;
 for(var i =0;i<jquery_h3_list.length;i++)
 {
  var go_to_top = &#39;<p style="text-align: right"><a href="#_labelTop" rel="external nofollow" rel="external nofollow" >回到顶部</a><a name="_label&#39; + i + &#39;"></a></p>&#39;;
  $(jquery_h3_list[i]).before(go_to_top);
  var li_content = &#39;<li><a href="#_label&#39; + i + &#39;" rel="external nofollow" rel="external nofollow" rel="external nofollow" rel="external nofollow" >&#39; + $(jquery_h3_list[i]).text() + &#39;</a></li>&#39;;
  content += li_content;
 }
 content += &#39;</ul>&#39;;
 content += &#39;</p>&#39;;
 if($(&#39;#cnblogs_post_body&#39;).length != 0 )
 {
  $($(&#39;#cnblogs_post_body&#39;)[0]).prepend(content);
 }
 }
}
GenerateContentList();
</script>

Usage: After logging in to the blog park, open the backend management of the blog park, switch to the "Settings" tab, and change the above Paste the code into the "Footer HTML Code" area and save it.

Note: The h3 extracted from the above js code is used as the title of the chapter. If your title is not h3, please modify it yourself in the code comment. In addition to generating a table of contents index at the beginning of the article, this code will also generate a "back to top" link in the lower right corner of each chapter (that is, the upper right corner of the next chapter title) to facilitate readers to return. Table of contents. The directory structure of this article is automatically generated. If you find it useful, try it out quickly.

Second type: Support secondary classification

By

Rendering:

##For longer articles, it is necessary to have a good table of contents index , which allows readers to understand the content and level of the article more clearly. However, at present (2015.7) Blog Park does not automatically generate directory indexes for published articles like csdn blog. However, some netizens have implemented this function by writing their own scripts through some custom functions provided by the Blog Park backend. The script I used mainly refers to @lavender's melody. The article address is: http://www.cnblogs.com/wangqiguo/p/4355032.html.

The original author's script only supports level 1 directories. I changed two levels: the first level is h2 and the second level is h3. Some gadgets have also been added, such as discussion QQ group accounts. The effect is as shown in the figure below:

The specific steps to add functions are:

1. Make sure that your blog park backend supports js

This is not supported by default. I need to send an official email to apply for activation (the email address is contact@cnblogs.com). I simply wrote an email and received a reply within an hour. I only wrote two words in the email: as in the title. . . .
2. Go to the backend to add scripts
Open the backend of the blog park, enter the "Settings" tab, paste your js code in the edit box corresponding to the "footer Html code" at the bottom, and then click the "Save" button save.
3. Write articles according to format
When writing a new blog post, pay attention to dividing chapters according to the format set in your js script, such as h2, h3, etc. Of course, if previously published articles have h2, h3, etc., a directory index will be automatically generated.

As follows:

<script language="javascript" type="text/javascript">

// 生成目录索引列表
// ref: http://www.cnblogs.com/wangqiguo/p/4355032.html
// modified by: zzq
function GenerateContentList()
{
 var mainContent = $(&#39;#cnblogs_post_body&#39;);
 var h2_list = $(&#39;#cnblogs_post_body h2&#39;);//如果你的章节标题不是h2,只需要将这里的h2换掉即可

 if(mainContent.length < 1)
 return;

 if(h2_list.length>0)
 {
 var content = &#39;<a name="_labelTop"></a>&#39;;
 content += &#39;<p id="navCategory">&#39;;
 content += &#39;<p style="font-size:18px"><b>目录</b></p>&#39;;

 {
  var go_to_top = &#39;<p style="text-align: right"><a href="#_labelTop" rel="external nofollow" rel="external nofollow" >回到顶部</a><a name="_label&#39; + i + &#39;"></a></p>&#39;;
  $(h2_list[i]).before(go_to_top);

  var h3_list = $(h2_list[i]).nextAll("h3");
  var li3_content = &#39;&#39;;
  for(var j=0; j<h3_list.length; j++)
  {
  var tmp = $(h3_list[j]).prevAll(&#39;h2&#39;).first();
  if(!tmp.is(h2_list[i]))
   break;
  var li3_anchor = &#39;<a name="_label&#39; + i + &#39;_&#39; + j + &#39;"></a>&#39;;
  $(h3_list[j]).before(li3_anchor);
  li3_content += &#39;<li><a href="#_label&#39; + i + &#39;_&#39; + j + &#39;" rel="external nofollow" >&#39; + $(h3_list[j]).text() + &#39;</a></li>&#39;;
  }

  var li2_content = &#39;&#39;;
  if(li3_content.length > 0)

Demo page: //www.jb51.net/article/132341.htm

Refer to Zhang Guo’s page, he uses < h1>

, here the editor of Script House uses

. According to SEO, a large number of h1s on the page have an impact on the weight.

How to make an HTTP request in Node.js? How to make an HTTP request in Node.js? Jul 13, 2025 am 02:18 AM

There are three common ways to initiate HTTP requests in Node.js: use built-in modules, axios, and node-fetch. 1. Use the built-in http/https module without dependencies, which is suitable for basic scenarios, but requires manual processing of data stitching and error monitoring, such as using https.get() to obtain data or send POST requests through .write(); 2.axios is a third-party library based on Promise. It has concise syntax and powerful functions, supports async/await, automatic JSON conversion, interceptor, etc. It is recommended to simplify asynchronous request operations; 3.node-fetch provides a style similar to browser fetch, based on Promise and simple syntax

JavaScript Data Types: Primitive vs Reference JavaScript Data Types: Primitive vs Reference Jul 13, 2025 am 02:43 AM

JavaScript data types are divided into primitive types and reference types. Primitive types include string, number, boolean, null, undefined, and symbol. The values are immutable and copies are copied when assigning values, so they do not affect each other; reference types such as objects, arrays and functions store memory addresses, and variables pointing to the same object will affect each other. Typeof and instanceof can be used to determine types, but pay attention to the historical issues of typeofnull. Understanding these two types of differences can help write more stable and reliable code.

Hello, JavaScript developers! Welcome to this week's JavaScript news! This week we will focus on: Oracle's trademark dispute with Deno, new JavaScript time objects are supported by browsers, Google Chrome updates, and some powerful developer tools. Let's get started! Oracle's trademark dispute with Deno Oracle's attempt to register a "JavaScript" trademark has caused controversy. Ryan Dahl, the creator of Node.js and Deno, has filed a petition to cancel the trademark, and he believes that JavaScript is an open standard and should not be used by Oracle

Handling Promises: Chaining, Error Handling, and Promise Combinators in JavaScript Handling Promises: Chaining, Error Handling, and Promise Combinators in JavaScript Jul 08, 2025 am 02:40 AM

Promise is the core mechanism for handling asynchronous operations in JavaScript. Understanding chain calls, error handling and combiners is the key to mastering their applications. 1. The chain call returns a new Promise through .then() to realize asynchronous process concatenation. Each .then() receives the previous result and can return a value or a Promise; 2. Error handling should use .catch() to catch exceptions to avoid silent failures, and can return the default value in catch to continue the process; 3. Combinators such as Promise.all() (successfully successful only after all success), Promise.race() (the first completion is returned) and Promise.allSettled() (waiting for all completions)

What is the cache API and how is it used with Service Workers? What is the cache API and how is it used with Service Workers? Jul 08, 2025 am 02:43 AM

CacheAPI is a tool provided by the browser to cache network requests, which is often used in conjunction with ServiceWorker to improve website performance and offline experience. 1. It allows developers to manually store resources such as scripts, style sheets, pictures, etc.; 2. It can match cache responses according to requests; 3. It supports deleting specific caches or clearing the entire cache; 4. It can implement cache priority or network priority strategies through ServiceWorker listening to fetch events; 5. It is often used for offline support, speed up repeated access speed, preloading key resources and background update content; 6. When using it, you need to pay attention to cache version control, storage restrictions and the difference from HTTP caching mechanism.

JS roundup: a deep dive into the JavaScript event loop JS roundup: a deep dive into the JavaScript event loop Jul 08, 2025 am 02:24 AM

JavaScript's event loop manages asynchronous operations by coordinating call stacks, WebAPIs, and task queues. 1. The call stack executes synchronous code, and when encountering asynchronous tasks, it is handed over to WebAPI for processing; 2. After the WebAPI completes the task in the background, it puts the callback into the corresponding queue (macro task or micro task); 3. The event loop checks whether the call stack is empty. If it is empty, the callback is taken out from the queue and pushed into the call stack for execution; 4. Micro tasks (such as Promise.then) take precedence over macro tasks (such as setTimeout); 5. Understanding the event loop helps to avoid blocking the main thread and optimize the code execution order.

Understanding Event Bubbling and Capturing in JavaScript DOM events Understanding Event Bubbling and Capturing in JavaScript DOM events Jul 08, 2025 am 02:36 AM

Event bubbles propagate from the target element outward to the ancestor node, while event capture propagates from the outer layer inward to the target element. 1. Event bubbles: After clicking the child element, the event triggers the listener of the parent element upwards in turn. For example, after clicking the button, it outputs Childclicked first, and then Parentclicked. 2. Event capture: Set the third parameter to true, so that the listener is executed in the capture stage, such as triggering the capture listener of the parent element before clicking the button. 3. Practical uses include unified management of child element events, interception preprocessing and performance optimization. 4. The DOM event stream is divided into three stages: capture, target and bubble, and the default listener is executed in the bubble stage.

A JS roundup of higher-order functions beyond map and filter A JS roundup of higher-order functions beyond map and filter Jul 10, 2025 am 11:41 AM

In JavaScript arrays, in addition to map and filter, there are other powerful and infrequently used methods. 1. Reduce can not only sum, but also count, group, flatten arrays, and build new structures; 2. Find and findIndex are used to find individual elements or indexes; 3.some and everything are used to determine whether conditions exist or all meet; 4.sort can be sorted but will change the original array; 5. Pay attention to copying the array when using it to avoid side effects. These methods make the code more concise and efficient.
