After the front-end gets the psd from the artist, does it just need to be implemented into a standard static web page js and handed over to the backend, or does it need to be implemented into a cms template by itself and handed over to the backend? This seems to be compatible. If cms has a fixed pattern, then there is nothing wrong with following it. If you are very busy and the background is very busy, you can just make it static JS
