How to Turn Off Address Bar Color Effect in Safari for iPhone & iPad
With the release of iOS 15 and iPadOS 15, Safari underwent a major visual redesign. One noticeable update is that the tab bar and navigation/search bar now display a color effect that blends the Safari interface with the colors of the currently viewed webpage.

Steps to Disable Safari Color Tinting on iPhone & iPad
This color tab bar option is only available in iOS 15 and iPadOS 15 or newer versions, so older systems won’t have this setting:
Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
Navigate to “Safari” settings
Toggle off the switch for “Allow Website Tinting” (iOS) or “Show Color in Tab Bar” (iPadOS)
