Embark on an epic adventure in Avowed's Shatterscarp region to conquer the "Face Your Fears" main quest! As a Godlike battling a devastating plague, your journey will lead you to uncover the secrets of this icy land.

This quest, unlocked after reaching Shatterscarp following events in Emerald Stairs, requires puzzle-solving prowess to gain an audience with Archmage Ryngrim.

Unlocking "Face Your Fears"

Reaching Shatterscarp is the first step. In the Thirdborn city (south), speak with the mayor and recruit Yatzli. This will trigger the quest, sending you to Ryngrim's Domain.

Locating Ryngrim's Domain

Ryngrim's Domain lies within Shark's Teeth, easily identified by the surrounding ice. From Tago's Tower (accessible via a left path), head east to find the entrance guarded by skeletal guardians. Defeat them to proceed.

Conquering Ryngrim's Domain

Inside, follow the left path through a storm-swept area towards the marker. You'll discover the Strangely-Marked Xaurip Spear along the way. A cave entrance leads to a central area where you'll face enemies and a statue requiring three components.

Locating the Statue Components

Heart of the Statue:

• Ascend the left stairs (facing the statue). Locate a burnable wall on the right; a slide beyond it leads to the heart.

• Take the right stairs (facing the statue) and break the burnable wall. Follow the lower left path, break the illusion, and enter the water to find the head.

• The hand is behind the statue, on the right. Follow the main path, defeating enemies en route.
