There appears to have been a trend of comparing Shiba Inu (SHIB) to other meme coins like Dogecoin (DOGE), Pepe Coin (PEPE) and Dogwifhat (WIF).

Shiba Inu (SHIB) has been frequently compared to other meme coins, such as Dogecoin (DOGE), Pepe Coin (PEPE) and Dogwifhat (WIF). However, SHIB's marketing lead, LucieSHIB, has advised against making such comparisons.

In a recent tweet, Lucie shared a screenshot of the growth sequence of these meme coins, including SHIB. The screenshot highlights the vast disparity in their price surges over time.

According to the screenshot, SHIB has registered an impressive 394,500% price surge, while DOGE trails significantly behind with only 16,700%. PEPE's growth stands at 121.73%, while WIF's gain is minimal at 303.59%.

"Yes, I’ll laugh and think you’re foolish if you compare any token to SHIB with only the bare minimum achieved," Lucie wrote.

She went on to express her concern that attributing success to a token solely because it is linked to "SHIB people" is deceptive and ultimately harms the community's credibility.

"And yes, I believe you’re deceiving people by claiming a token is a success just because of “SHIB people behind it,” she added.

Instead, Lucie encouraged her followers to consider BONE, LEASH, Sheb, Shib the MV, or Shiboshis if they are interested in real assets linked to SHIB.

Shiba Inu (SHIB) Plans To Add TREAT To The List

Moreover, she hinted at the upcoming addition of TREAT to the lineup. Lucie highlighted Shiba Inu's commitment to building and supporting the ecosystem.

"If you’re looking for that kind of loyalty and commitment, it’s here," the SHIB lead concluded.

At the time of writing, PEPE, WIF and DOGE had each registered 24-hour price dips of 2.78%, 3.26% and 0.6%, respectively. SHIB was also trading at $0.0000129, down 2.14% in the last 24 hours.

Meanwhile, Lucie also took to her X account to warn the SHIB community about scammers who were targeting them with fake token alternatives ahead of TREAT's launch.

However, she noted that these scammers were ultimately being useful for the SHIB and Shibarium ecosystem without realizing it. For instance, their use of the official hashtag of TREAT — #TreatYourself — was beneficial for the X algorithm.
