"This disruption occurred twice within three days, first on August 28 for about six hours and then again on August 30 for about one hour."

In between these outages, on August 29, the network experienced a spike in activity with a heavy load of transactions. During this period, an average of 100 transactions were processed per block within seconds, with DOGS transactions accounting for up to 35% of all transactions in some blocks.

This high concentration of activity highlights the immense interest in the token but also reveals the strain it places on the network's infrastructure.
