A self-proclaimed crypto scammer known as Phantom has recently shared details of his rug pull schemes in an interview. This news comes as Shiba Inu (CRYPTO: SHIB) is boosting security measures to prevent growing crypto scams.

Phantom explained how he and others use sophisticated tools to execute these scams, sometimes earning up to $200,000 per week.

"We have a tool that allows us to scan the blockchain for large transactions. Once we identify a potential target, we use another tool to quickly deploy a contract and mint a new token,” Phantom said.

“The whole process takes less than five minutes, and we can be off with millions of dollars in minutes."

In response to the interview, Shiba Inu lead developer Shytoshi Kusama shared a cryptic message on X, alluding to the integration of advanced security tools into the Shib tech stack.

"Don't ask me why we are building tools like Self-Sovereign Identity and Karma & Reputation into the Shib tech stack. Just watch this instead..."
